he Happiness Project: Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun
By Gretchen Rubin.
"I really enjoyed reading about her Happiness Project and came across a lot of ideas I feel I can implement in my own life. Her writing is very easy to read. I found the word ""idiosyncratic"" to be overused throughout, which became a little annoying. I really liked how honest she was about herself in terms of how judgmental she is and the things that worked/didn't work throughout her project. It was also nice to see her address the fact that some people might think it self-centered to undertake such a project and to write about it but I thought by acknowledging it the whole thing didn't seem self-centered at all."
